Meet our CEO/Founder
Ashley Nevison
Ashley Nevison is a 17-year-old senior at duPont Manual High School in Louisville, Kentucky. She is a 6 time published children’s book author/illustrator. She loves pageants, volunteering, cheerleading and dance and is a Varsity Cheerleader at duPont Manual. She is the current Miss Bardstown’s Teen in the Miss America system. She is also the Founder and CEO of Sargeant’s Army, a 501(c)3 public charity. Through Sargeant’s Army she spreads hope, kindness and compassion around the world. Sargeant’s Army’s main focus is providing hygiene Hope Bags to people who need them and also provides volunteer opportunities for youth to get involved in volunteering. Every year Ashley and Sargeant’s Army host the Small Acts Add Up Outerwear Drive for Giving Tuesday with the goal to get children across the USA to donate a single outerwear item to a local charity. In the past 4 years over 1,000 youth have donated over 21,000 outerwear items in all 50 states.
